Auxiliary Fee Inflationary Clause Referendum

If needed, UCCS administration may increase the fee each year by no more than the rate of the federal consumer price index (CPI), to be capped at 5% annually.

This change applies to the University Center Bond Fee, Student Activities Fee, Green Action Fund Fee, Family Development Center Operating Fee, Family Development Center Bond Fee, Student Recreation Fee, Wellness Center Fee, Student Event / Performance Fee, and the Media Fee. Should the administration decide to raise fees in the manner outlined, adjustments will be made to all fees listed.
