Why are you running for this position in the Student Government Association?
To help make a change and implement ideas I already have to make the campus a better place for students. I am also interested in the government process and have been really enjoying the chance to learn. I also think I bring a distinctive voice that represents the student directly with how much personal engagement I do on campus with others.
What past experiences would make you a great candidate for the Student Government Association?
I am the current Senator of Sustainability, along with close connections to both the green action fund and my predecessor in this position.
What are some of your hobbies/interests and how are you involved at UCCS?
I am in the honors program, starting a new club called United to help communicate between clubs as one unit, chairman of the RA council, president of the FFC club, I like to stay physically active, and enjoy making art specifically with colored pencils.
